Andean Dusk

It may be cold, it may be windy, but December is also the time when dusk falls as the cocktail hour is approaching. What better way to relax than with a cocktail that celebrates the dusk and whispers in your ear that warmer climates are near.



3 cl pisco
1.5 cl lemon juice
1.5 cl simple syrup
3 red grapes
9 cl sparkling wine, dry

Muddle grapes in shaker, add first 3 ingredients and ice, shake, strain into champagne flute and add sparkling wine.
In the picture above, I've used a white cava for a lighter version. The original recipe uses a sparkling rosé, and that gives the drink a proper dusky colour.
